Our Policies 

We understand how important it is for us to satisfy your needs as our client. Here are set of policies so we can ensure you have a clear understanding of how we do business and if we will be a good fit. Please be sure to read thoroughly. 

Requirements and Refunds 

Be sure to read the below policies. Contact us if you have additional questions. 


If you are requesting social media management/marketing, you are required to send all of your content to us beforehand. This includes your logos, photos of your products (if applicable), and your videos. We post on social media platforms of your choice 3-5 times a week.

If you are requesting web design, be sure to submit all of your information and requests to us so we can fulfill your needs. We will frequently check in with you to ensure you are satisfied with the work we have done. 

Payment is due 3 days after being issued. We are not permitted to start any work within any services until payment is submitted and the contract that is sent is signed.

Any distinct information will be included in personal contract designed for the client. 


We do not issue refunds to our clients UNLESS we present shortcomings that are preventing us from completing the tasks assigned at hand. Failure of the client to provide content, payment, or sign an agreement (if needed) will result in no refunds.
