I have a question regarding the 'Downloading of the Help Desk'. Please see the image below. The Help Desk folder is seen to be taken up by the program, but not being used by any other program? Also, I have changed the administrator password -although i'm 99% sure that i had not, the help desk still asks me to enter the admin password in order to install and uninstall the program. If i'm wrong and i did change the password, then i apologize for that.
